Account Manager (Singapore)

Paprika Global is a fully integrated, multi-disciplined communications agency with offices in Singapore and KL Malaysia. With a client base spanning Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Korea, Philippines, Thailand and Indonesia. What we develop, manage and execute for each client is different and unique. Paprika specialises in Healthcare, IT/Tech, Finance, FMCG and F&B industries.

Responsibilities:

The Account Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts, and participating in new business development.

The individual should possess strong leadership to lead junior staff and manage creative processes. Being able to confidently take on all work challenges with a positive attitude is important. We believe a positive attitude is half the battle won.

The AM will be responsible for growing their primary portfolio accounts and supervise accounts handled by junior team members.

Work scope will largely involve formulating integrated creative strategies to deliver on Client’s objectives. The AM will be involved from conceptualising of strategies and to implementation and evaluation.

Experience running integrated campaigns, with emphasis on interactive is a plus.

An aptitude for driving account profitability and understanding of finance P/L is also an advantage.

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience in Advertising/PR/ Research/Media.

• Driven and dynamic personality with a point of view to offer.

• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize and meet deadlines.

• A creative and innovative thinker, who will be an asset to the idea building process.

• Excellent people management skills with proven track record of relationship building to achieve desired results/growth.

• Strong sense of urgency and good attention to details.

• Proficient computer skills in MS tools, good with presentations.

Bonus if:

• Background in interactive implementation, know coding, love gaming, and have a grip on digital trends.

• Background in strategic brand planning or research methodology trained.

• Experience in pharmaceutical communications.
